Post by: Dulce Franco on August 18, 2008, 04:31:42 am
Hi! My 1 year old baby sometimes has trouble going to sleep, especially at night, or wakes up in the middle of a nao and starts crying....what should I do to calm him down, considering that he is 1 year old, and that he already stand up in the crib by himself...

Please advise...
Thaks so much for any advice.

Hi Dulce, it sounds like your LO could be overtired, can you post your routine and we can have a look if we can help, is he 12 months old? :)

Totally agree with PP -- overtiredness sounds like the key!  A little routine info would help--
