Ooo.  Never thought that the baby multivite liquid might not have calcium. :-[ I'd try crushing a chewable.  You'll need to make sure they aren't the gummy ones.
Just been to have a look at the bottle I have in the house.  I buy the Safeway brand & it doesn't have calcium in it either.  :-[
Will have a boo when I'm at Safeway tomorrow and let you know what I find.

Only other alternative I can think of is to get a script/suggestion from the ped about how many mg of calcium LO needs and then dose from adult calcium tabs. ???

I asked the Ped and she said 500 milligrams, so I was thinking I could dose down the adult calcium I found, but I wanted to double check first because there's another ingredient in it - can't remember at the mo what though.

I know about the liquid multivitamins not having the calcium :( Who would have thought it?

I'm back to the Ped with him at the end of the month, so we'll discuss our options then. She also wants to send us to a dietician and for allergy testing b/c she thinks the aversion to milk *could* be his body's way of telling us that he's allergic.

So the trick is to find a multivitamin with minerals.
Safeway has both in brand name, and Centrum does a children's version too.
I didn't have time to note the dose of the Calcium in them.  But if you have a dose from the ped, then you can work from there.
