ot? ut? or os?
« on: March 01, 2011, 17:45:31 pm »
My daughter will be 5 months mar 10.

pretty great baby... on easy 4 hr routine...she was good for about 2 hrs total awake time in bed and a 2 hr nap...now she is still showing me signs of being tired yawning rubbing eyes...but giving me a hard time to go to sleep...then this morning only a 50 minute nap?  she also just started rolling over....so my question is ...is she overtired? undertired? or overstimulated?  I cant figure it out.

About that age we started getting 45 naps with our youngest...I was mis-reading boredom cues as sleepy cues! I found that extending her A time by even 15 min helped, but we had to do it by walking her around in a dark hallway to keep her up, but stop her from being OS and get OT by mistake.

After two decent naps (if I am reading correctly they were both 1h 45 mins?) I would think maybe UT, but I suppose could be OS depending on what was going on in her day, especially if she is starting to roll over and such.
