Is A time timed from waking r end of feed?
« on: April 24, 2011, 20:17:43 pm »
I confused re A time. Is it from time of waking? Feed never takes 30mins and then play starts. so 715 put down at 9. baby has usaully shown alot of tired signs by now.

If bubs can't go that long or sleep 2 hrs do i stop trying 4 hr easy n do 3.5 hr easy?

Only doing it a week now.

Yes, from the time they wake until the time they fall asleep again is the A time.

We had problems getting to a 'proper' 4h EASY due to short naps. How short are your LO's naps? Have you tried resettling? Our DS never did 2h naps, the longest we could ever hope for at that stage was 2x 45min naps with resettling in between. So you could feed at 3.5h or have a short activity time before the next feed, depending on how hungry your LO is. If you could post a typical day in EASY format then it'll be easier to make appropriate suggestions for you, if you'd like that.
