Dy length for a 4 month old?
« on: June 08, 2011, 06:37:01 am »
My day seems to be starting 15min earlier each day. We are on 2 naps and a cat nap and 2.10A time but it does worry me that he is getting up 15 mins earlier each day. How long should his day be & how long should the A time be after his cn? Maybe I am putting him to bed too early at 7pm?

Usually:

E&A: 8-10.00
S:10.00-11.40
E&A:11.40 - 12.30
S: 12.30 - 2.00
E&A: 2.00- 4.00
S:4.00 - 4.50
E&A: Fed at 5.30 (solid as we are weaning due to reflux), Bath at 6.30 and bottle and in bed for 7pm.

Yesterday I upped his A time to 2.10 as he was waking from his naps after an hour and this worked a treat yesterday, extending his naps to 1.40hr each...apart from the CN which was 45mins.
