Hi there,
Ok so silly question... I know that typical activity time for a 3 month old is about 1.5 hours, allowing up to 20m to actually get to sleep. I also know every baby is different

For the past few days I've had my lo up for around 2h per activity time. Nights have been GREAT compared to what they used to be (he goes down at 6:30, is up between 10:30-11 to feed, again between 3-3:30, then up around 7 (except today of course, 6:20).
My question is, is that a reasonable amount of time to be awake if he only takes on average 1-3 minutes to fall asleep when I put him in his crib? If i try earlier he just ends up screaming and doesn't nap well. I don't want to start an overtired circle again and I DON'T want to disrupt his night sleep, but I'm afraid I'im keeping him up too long. I'm also afriad to put him to bed too early and end up with a short nap like this am.
Thoughts?
