A time for 4 wk old

Hi
LO takes about 15-30min for feeding plus 5min diaper change he starts to yawn.
Also, it takes 20min - 40min to fall asleep with shush and pat.
I am wondering if this sounds normal.  I noticed in the book the A time seem much longer.
Isn't it counter productive to increase the A time at this young age?

Sounds about right :)  Eyes open to eyes closed.  4 weeks is still really little.  He'll start waking up soon!
