Awake times for 20 month old
« on: February 07, 2015, 13:59:57 pm »
Hello!  What is the average A time for a 20 month old?  My daughter is awake from about 6 am to 12 pm and then about 1:30 - 7.  I'm thinking of moving her nap a little earlier because she doesn't seem quite ready to sleep at 7, but sometimes falls asleep at lunch at 11:30.  Thanks!

We don't really deal in average As once they get past 12 mos, as it's so individual. Both my LOs would've have been up at 7 and heading for a nap around 12 at that age.  So it's possible she needs an earlier nap time.

You might like to look through this:
What does your toddlers day look like?

6 am seems early to me - do you want her up then?  Just wondering if you need/want a routine tweak generally.

Thanks!  Yes, 6 am works for us. It gives us family time in the morning and my dh and I get time together in the evenings after she goes to bed.
