« on: June 17, 2015, 15:08:57 pm »
Hi!

Is there already a thread on how to increase milk?

I already tried fenugreek and mothers milk tea

Currently on domperidone

I heard eating oatmeal but i am wondering if instant oatmeal is ok?

TIA

Yes there are loads of ideas on this thread for increasing supply (scroll down to after the signs of low supply)
I'm worried I may have low milk supply

There may also be some useful info here
Relactation: I stopped nursing, but regret my decision. Can I start again?

As far as I know any oatmeal is fine,

Sorry just realised I'd posted the same link twice. I've corrected it now to include the relactation FAQ too.
