how to dilute nite feeds?

Hi, I'd be very grateful for help.  My 4.5 month old still takes 2 nite feeds which i'm trying to cut out.  I've tried dream feeding but it didn't work.  I've seen other posts suggesting diluting nite feeds.  Can anyone offer any advice on how to do this?  I'm currently feeding her cow&gate premium.
Thanks so much in advance from a seriously sleep deprived full time working engineer - my brain's fried!!!! Aaaaaaaarrrrrrrrggggghhhhh!!

thanks - you're right! don't suppose you know if 4.5 months is too young to start the diluting that this story suggests?

Hi Stacy,
Thanks for responding - she wakes twice and the amount she takes varies - one the first feed she takes anything up to 4 oz, depending on when her last feed was beforehand - on the second feed she rarely takes more than 2 oz and sometimes just 1/2 to 1 oz.

thanks again stacy - I'll give it a go - will probably be looking for your advice again soon once I get her down to 1 feed!! :)
