chayse is 2 1/2. She's waking up a lot at night now and makes a big ruccas because she won't go back down without some milk. She wasn't doing this before. I end up giving her a little mixed with water. This is nonsense. I already have to get up in the middle of the night with my 1 year old and to boot, Chayse is also drinking a lot of milk before bed and peeing the bed EVERY night now. she's been allowed to drink milk before bed for a very long time now.
Chayse was born March 28, 2006
Chaunda was born August 13, 2007

I really feel for you with this. My ds still wakes for his neocate at night and he is 4 but that is due to his feeding aversions as we are unable to get enough calories into him during the day. I can't imagine what that would be like if I had a baby waking for milk aswell. How well is he eating during the day? Is it possible that he is hungry? Has anything changed in his routine recently?

DD is doing the same thing now as well.  DH thinks it is because we have turned out heat on now and the air is very dry.  He said he wakes up thirsty every night as well.  Maybe it is just a thirst instead of hunger.

Good Luck
