Baby Doesn't Spit Up

I've noticed that my 2 week old rarely spits up her milk, but she always re-swallows it. Is this normal? Sometimes she sounds like she's gargling, even in her sleep. And she complains a lot in her sleep, which makes more milk come up, and she swallows it again, which just repeats the cycle.
