Wi/wo where to find instructions?

I have the BWSAYP book, but that's at home, and I'm at work! Is there a post that anyone knows of that gives details on how/when to do WI/WO with toddler?
The detailed instructions in PU/PD were fantastic - and I used them, but am wondering if now LO is 12 months I need to move to WI/WO...he had been doing really well but is just over a cold and has regressed somewhat and is waking 2-3x/night...and I'm back to sleeping on air bed in nursery. Ugh.
Any help is much appreciated!

You can go to the link NikkiJ posted and also post in the sticky called "Support chat for moms doing wi/wo" at the top of this forum. THere, you will find many moms that have been doing this for a while that will understand everything you're feeling and will hopefully give you some hints.

Thanks! I actually just saw the support group thread you just started and might lurk around there. I've just recently had to move back in on air mattress in nursery after DS just battling a cold. Tonight will be night 3 - and night 2 was about 80% better than night 1, so cross fingers that I can move back in with DH after tonight!
