There are such good ideas around here...I think there's even a sticky at the top of the page???
Cold cereal with milk (cheerios, rice crispies), let it sit in the milk for a bit to soften if your lo doesn't have alot of teeth yet
DD loved waffles, broken up. Pancakes, bits of muffin, tiny pieces of sandwhich (organic jelly on wheat is her fave), yogurt, toast with apple butter....
We make mac&cheese and I throw in some ground turkey with some mixed veggies (corn, peas, carrots)...she loves that. You can throw teeny bits of chicken in there too instaed of turkey.
Macaroni with meat sauce ( I hide broccoli in the sauce, since dd won't eat it the regular way!)
All fruits worked for us (still do!) watermelon, canteloupe, honeydew, blueberry (cut in halves or thirds...or put them in the pancakes!), cut up grapes, bananas (start with a small amount, then watch for constipation!!! My dd can only have a little banana)
Hmmmmm....that's all I can think of for now, hope that helps!!!
This is a fun time...new foods...so exciting!!
