How much cows milk does your 14 month old drink?

I'm wondering because I read online that they should be getting at least 16-20 oz in a day.

My lo has max had 12 oz in a day and it's usually more like 6 oz.  16 oz just seems like a lot of milk for my 14 month old to be drinking.  Can the other diary servings he's having be calculated into this 16-20oz?  He still has one early am BF though I don't think he gets too much milk at this feed anymore.

yes, you can add all the diary, yoghurts, cheese etc in the mix.

My Ds also never had mor ethan 12 but i would add in cheese and yoghurts.

They all count towards the 16 oz of daily dairy requirement.

Shelby is still breastfed at least 3 times a day.
She does have yogurts, but hates cheese!
She won't have cows milk either!

Thanks.  It's what I figured but I just wanted to see how other lo's are doing with the amount of milk the drink in a day.  Makes me feel better.
