What about the times where he finally falls asleep and its close to the next feeding do I let him sleep if so for how long or do I wake him to eat?  He's due to eat within 15-30 min and he's finally in a deep sleep where he's not fussing and moving.

I would leave him. If he's hungry he'll wake.

The BW EASY is not a schedule as such, it's meant to be flexible with us following our LOs cues, and I would say that being asleep is a good cue that he's tired. The only time we would usually say wake to feed is if weight gain is an issue but I don't think it is for you?

Ok I will leave him. So any other suggestions on putting him down for a nap? About how many naps a day and how long should they be?

A this age it's 4 naps a day. I think this will help: Typical Amounts of Day and Night Sleep

Do you know if he has Reflux? Maybe he doesn't settle because he is in discomfort and pain?

If you don't want to check his A times using the advice I gave before then I am not sure what I can do more to help.

I found some links from the boards that might help you:

Thank you for all the tips. I will just keep trying. Some days he naps well and some he doesn't. Some days he will only nap when I'm holding him and some days he naps in his bassinet just fine for an hour plus. I just want to make sure that he's too young for bad habits. Like only sleeping on my arms some day :)
His evening sleep remains well! A five hour sleep between 8pm-1 am right back to sleep and then from 130 until 5-530 am and then back to sleep until 8 ish and then our morning routine starts when I struggle with the day sleep.

It's great that night sleep is good! And you shouldn't worry about AP at this age, you'll have plenty of time to fix things when your LO is older (and it will anyway be easier when he is older).
