I stopped BF 4 months ago but I seem to still have milk. How long does it take to dry up? Is there anything I should do to help it dry up faster??

It can take months or even years for there to completely stop being any milk there when the nipple is squeezed in some ladies. If it isn't causing you any problems like pain or excessive leakage then I wouldn't worry about it. Or is it causing you trouble?

What Ali said. Jack Newman is doing a study into how long it takes for milk production to cease. I stopped feeding in January but can still express some milk. I've got 4 years between my children and could still get a little out before I was pg with DD.

oh I just had the same question. I too stopped bf (and I didn't even fully bf) more than 2 months ago. Still when I squeeze, there is always 1 drop or 2. I thought it was weird. But I guess it is normal.
