Rachel at that age was eating a bit less than your LO. She would have 1-2 Tbs Oatmeal w/1 oz fruit or veggie for breakfast. 2 oz yogurt w/1oz fruit for lunch and the same thing as breakfast for dinner.
I think you need to go by your LO's cues at to whether you should up the amount of food or not. You've definitely got a baby with a healthy appetite. Plus, babies tend to bulk up a bit before crawling so they eat more. I would introduce yogurt because it's such a great source of calcium, protein and fat. We also introduced egg yolks at that time, which she loves mixed with her dinner. If you add things to your baby's cereal, you may not need to increase the amount of food.
