Uk it is 4/6 months, think it is different around the world though.

By that I mean advice is different!!! I'm sure if you took a 5 mo old baby who was eating yoghurt to US they'd still be able to eat it!!! :D
isn't it funny how we're told different times for things!

I think we started with ds at around 7 months.  Dd had milk allergy issues so it was 9 months before I tried it, she had a reaction and then I tried again around a year.

I started Rachel on it last week and she loves it too.  Stoneyfield Farms makes a great Organic Whole Milk Yogurt.  Make sure when you get whatever type you choose to get the ones that say "Live" or "Active" Cultures.  That means that all the good bacteria that are so good for digestion are still alive and kicking in there.
