7.5 month old suddenly stopped afternoon nap

Everything was going wonderful. Then all of a sudden my 7.5 month old started refusing to take his afternoon nap. I'm discouraged and frustrated please help with any advice!!

His normal schedule is:
9:00 am - wake
9:30 - eat
11:30 - nap
1:30 - eat
3:30 - nap
5:30 - eat
9:00- eat and go to bed

He doesn't fight sleep at all at night or his morning nap and even puts himself to sleep after a cuddle and song! Also, breakfast, lunch, and dinner involve a bottle and food.

How long are/were your naps? What's your A times across the day?

First nap is usually about 2 hours. Second nap used to be about 1.5 hours.

It seems Honey that he may not be tired enough for a second nap if you put him down 2h after a good morning nap. On the other hand your last activity is very long (17-21).
Have you tired puting him later for a second nap?
I would be tempted to start capping first nap to let say 1,5h and then put him down at 3:30 as you do or put him down for a second nap later. WDYT?

I've tried a later time too. I guess I'm just going to have to work to find his new window. Thank you!

Yesterday went perfectly! Hopefully today will too :) I'm looking forward to going to one nap!! Lol it will make scheduling other activities so much easier!!

And what kind of routine you had yesterday? Your little one is still quite young for one nap but I guess it will come around 12/15mo and here times just flies:)!
