I'm a bit confused with dst. This morning he was up at 720 (which used to be 630) then nap was regular time 1240-210 and I put him in crib tonight at 730. It took him an entire hour to fall asleep at 830! I feel so bad. Should I have kept him up an hour later even though it was still 5.5 hours A time before bed? I'm confused lol

I hate it too! Lol tiday I had to wake him at 8 am and didn't put him down for nap until 1:15 instead of 1230 because we were out but I'm hesitant to let him sleep past 230 after the long night we had yesterday

Fantastic night...very jealous of your 8am WU. You could do 2.45pm WU from nap then BT 15 mins later x

But I'm still not sure about what time for bed. He used to go at 730 and it has been taking him until 8 to fall asleep but last night he was up for an hour until 830! So I'm really not sure what time for bed tonight ugh

I'm going to wake him at 3 that's a 1 hour 45 min nap. He's so miserable when I wake him and I don't normally have to. 2 nights ago since dst he went into crib at 8 fell asleep 830 last night went in at 730 fell asleep 830 so I'm thinking tonight 8 so he will fall asleep by 830 I miss our 730 bedtime with 1230-2 nap and 7 wake up. How can I get him back on the old schedule?

Do you think nap needs cutting to 1.5 hour, UT at BT? Your getting a good night sleep still and no NW?x

He normally only naps 1 hour 15/30 mins. And no night wakings. He doesn't nornally seem ut before ned except since dst. He just seems to like the alone time to wind down. I just prefer the earlier bedtime earlier morning wake.

It might just come right in a few days, maybe bring nap earlier and have a longer A to bed?
