Hi,
I feel bad for all you guys
I must say that I haven't had this problem,(i live in Arizona-no time changes here) but I have something that might help out...
We went to TX for a month when my DD was 6 months old and she did very well, never skipped a beat, anyhow I don't have a real TRICK or anything just try to look at it as traveling...it might take a day or two of travel but the adjustments will come....
for us I know that the first couple of days she took a more nap than usual, I think the last one was a little catnap but whatever it took to get her on that time zone was ok with me.....ya know in baby land sometimes a nap as short as 10-15 minutes can help keep them going for quite a long time.
I wish I had some real advice.
what about a family outing....I know sometimes when we go out and the day gets all thrown off, it sometimes helps us fix a problem....maybe because our DD is so tired at the end of the day, she can do nothing else but sleep....it helps to start the next day off (fingers crossed) if they were able to sleep all night.
I hope that made sense....
Good luck to all of you,
Angie
