How to get calories on a 4 hr EASY
« on: December 18, 2005, 23:11:09 pm »
I am getting ready to transition Gage to a 4 hr EASY. With this new schedule, how do I fit in all of his calories. It is hard as is. He has been eating between 28-35 oz a day with a feeding at about 4-5 am. ANy suggestions?

He is 14 weeks old. He is already not eating much at some feedings and 6-8 oz at others.

Have you asked his ped how many ounces he needs right now?  On a 4 hr feeding plan you could give four 8 oz bottles, and with more time between feedings he might just drink all of them.
