PLEASE HELP, this method turning my "angel" into a "grouch"

i am so frustrated.  my ds was a complete angel (just not on a routine or sleeping through the night) but now that i have started bw he is a complete grouch.  cranky, tired and sleeping less and less.  what i am i doing wrong?  he wakes at EXACTLY 30 minutes after a nap and WILL NOT go back to sleep.  he is waking more often through the night and he is fussier then ever.  please help me to stay on track, we have been following bw for 1 week now and it has been the worst week since he has been born.  i am getting so frustrated...how can this be better for him?  all this crying and not sleeping?  when is it supposed to kick in?

Hi, sorry you're going through a rough week there , but perhaps if you can write down how was your day before bw and how is you day now, and how old is your Lo, maybe some of us can help you there to see wants going on?

hi there-i saw your other post as well, just don't have time now to respond.  It's not BW, just a phase that our los go through as they try and figure out their day sleep.  It will take patience and consistency...but once he gets the hang of it you will have your angel back!
