dropping the bedtime bottle

I know there's a post somewhere from me already (from when I dropped the bedtime bottle with DD1) but I've searched and searched and can't find it!

I'd like to try and drop DD2's  bedtime bottle - her only bottle. She usually has 7-8 oz.
Creations advised me with DD1 and I know it was a very painless and easy process...but for the life of me I can't remember what we did!!!
Any thoughts?
