Introducing foods chart

Hey ladies, I've just found this chart on a website and wanted to share! I think there might be one for 6-8 months too!
I'm a very forgetful mom, so I didn't keep track of what I gave her and when I did, that's probably one of the reasons that her eczema never seems to get better (DD has loads of food allergies...)

So HTH someone as forgetful as I am! ;)
