I have an exclusively BF'd 4 1/2 month old who wakes up in the night more than ever before (6-8 times) and not ness. to eat. I have posted about this further down and Teezee suggested a 4 hour EASY which I am going to do. But my question is...
I had stopped eating chocolate and Pepsi since I got pregnant. After birth, I had the occassional Pepsi and/or chocolate bar. But then I read on Kellymom.com (the breastfeeding website)that it doesn't affect your breastmilk. Anyway, I forgot about my boycott and just ate chocolate whenever I wanted- everyday at least. And I'm just adding it all up and when I started eating chocolate and having a Pepsi every day DS's nightwakings got worse. Is it just coincidence?
I guess there's only one way to figure it out and that is by stopping it again. But I just wanted your opinions.
