is 13 months too soon for one nap?
« on: June 16, 2014, 15:06:25 pm »
My daughter has been skipping her afternoon nap but taking glorious naps in the morning.  She also is in the habit of waking up about an hour or more early in the morning from out normal routine.  Is she telling me its time to switch to one nap? im nervous because I feel like its early for that, she is only 13 months.

Not at all, many babies start to transition to one nap around 10 mos.  Have a look here:
From 2 to 1 nap transition (10-12m and older)
Support Thread for 2-1 Nap Transition cont'd pt 6

And if you have any further questions, we can move this thread over to sleeping for toddlers, as your LO is over 12 mos.  :)
