5 month old - shush pat no longer working
« on: September 02, 2014, 09:29:46 am »
Hi all
I'd love some advice on how to get DS down for naps. He used to go down when drowsy and shush pat worked no problem. He was starting to put himself to sleep just when the 4 month sleep regression hit. Now he is too busy rolling into the side of the cot to sleep. It's impossible to get him to sleep even tho he is clearly tired. All advice welcome. Not sure what to do :(

What are his A times?  The rolling about sounds a bit undertired to me :)

Thanks for the reply. He could be awake 2-3 hours. Also he goes down at 7pm every evening and wakes at half ten the past few nights doing the same.
