Do growth spurts make baby sleepier during day?
« on: January 01, 2006, 14:10:56 pm »
And does it make them wake up more frequently at night. Or does it disrupt sleep altogether? Help, my baby reverted to 2 feeds last night(12wo) and I need some reassurance.

My DD wakes more during the night for an extra feed.  I seem to recall that she was a bit more sleepy during the day, but we had just started sleep training to break a bad nap/swing habit, so I can't say which was contributing to her daytime sleepiness!
