Wake at 5

I have a 3.5 month old. He doesn't ask for food at night except at 5am. Do I feed him at 5, put him back to sleep then wake him at 7 and feed again so we are on schedule?

Yes, I would.  Most babies still eat at some point during the night at 3.5 months.  :)
