K is nearly 3yo. He is always hungry. He is not overweight. I am wondering how often and how muc you kids eat?

I think some kids are just hungrier than others.  Allie (5) could eat all day long.  She generally eats 3 full meals, plus snacks between meals, and dessert after dinner.  I give her lots of foods with good fats in them, lots of fiber, etc to try to fill her up,  but she is pretty much always hungry.  Is he very active?  I find that Allie is much more active than Katie and generally much hungrier.

Yes he is super spirited. Sometimes he is hungry but won't stop to eat.

Just about to post something similar!  O *never* stops eating.  Always says he's hungry and literally would eat all day, he's fairly active but although his diet is not bad I am concerned about his weight gain :-\

K is slim enough but it is a constant battle to feed him up.

This is Colin, to a T. He's quite slim but is always hungry, and he always has been. He does go through very brief periods of not eating much but always goes back to being a garbage disposal shortly. I try and get lots of fruit and veg, good fats and protein in there.
