Lunch ideas for 11.5 months?

Hello everyone,
I'm sure this thread (or a similar one) has been started somewhere else on this site.  I've seen the basics - grilled cheese, pasta, etc.
Anyone have any (easy) but still fun, tasty and enjoyable lunch meals?

I rip up little pieces of lunch meat - ham goes down amazingly well, but I only like to give it once a week b/c of salt content. Roast beef, turkey slices, etc.  I mix this with a scrambled egg (yolk) and some avocado and a bit of fruit afterwards and it is by far DS's favourite lunch.

hi ya have you checked out the Annabel Karmel books for toddler - there are lots of great ideas......
