baby has been changed from sma because of constipation.changed to aptamil.motions very loose trace mark of blood.could this be due to milk change

it could be. Aptamil has prebiotics which make the poo softer so it could be that causing the looseness.

Which Aptamil is it? The Easy Digest contains a stool softener which could make a difference. It shouldn't cause traces of blood though - that needs to be checked out. It could be from a tear or fissure if your LO has been badly constipated or it can be a sign of intolerance to something. either way, I would see your Dr especially if you see any more blood.
