Upcoming Time Change (Daylight Savings)
« on: March 14, 2006, 01:24:02 am »
For many of us, Daylight Savings comes into effect on:

USA - April 2nd
EU - March 26th
For other countries, use this link to check http://www.worldtimezone.org/daylight.html

Here's a link to some help on how to deal with this in the General Sleep forum:

Remember,

Spring forward, Fall back  :) ;)

My Lo is getting up at 7am at the moment, so would I wake him at 7am tomorrow at the clocks change or just leave him until 8am (which would normally have been his 7am)?

Sorry, very confused
Thanks for you help
Wendy

Hello Wendy,

sorry I've only just seen your post, I hope I'm not too late :-[

What I did - I did not wake him, I think that would have made him overtired, I just let him sleep, then for the next four days, wake him up 15 mins early. So, (new times) 8 am the 1st day, 7.45am the 2nd day, 7.30am the 3rd day, and so on until lo is waking at normal time. That make sense?

HTH :)
Caroline :)
