Hi there!
My DD is 11 months old and eats bread (and fruit and yogurt) for lunch.
Right now she seems fine just eating it like that. But I am thinking maybe I should put something on it (Mommy isn't eating it just dry like that, why should she?!) I just don't know what to put on it. Anybody have any suggestions?
How about cream cheese? I looked at the label and it seems to have quite a bit of sodium - would that be okay?
