Help quic advice needed 7 month old - late catnap or not?
« on: March 24, 2014, 16:35:53 pm »
So DS got up at 5.30 which is quite usual. He slept 8.30-9.25 and 12.15-1.50. Do I try for a quick late catnap or do a v early bedtime? I can't bring myself to do pre 6pm as he's so bad for EWs (4am Saturday!).

Any advice?

We've recently weaned the dummy, for background info. So a late nap might take too long with lots of crying. Nights are improving but I'm still having to extend his naps by resettling halfway when I can. Bit I've always had to do that tbh.

It's probably too late for a cat nap now.  Myself, I know a 5 pm nap is deadly for us so I'd push on and  just keep things as chilled as possible and try and have him asleep at 6.
