organic mac & cheese

Hi
I was just wondering if any of you would give this to their LO. The ingredients are:
organic pasta(organic durum samolina) organic cheddar(organic milk,salt,microbial enzyme), organic wheypowder, salt,disodium phosphate.

I don't think I'd give the regular kraft stuff, but just wondering about this one.
