yesterday:
breaky - mini wheats, half banana, diluted juice
snack - small pack of wiggles cookies, few apricot bears, water
lunch - 1/4 avocado and cheese sandwich (refused rest prob because of big snack while out before), banana milkshake
snack - yoghurt, clementine, water
dinner - roast turkey, rosemary potatoes, steamed carrot and broccolini, peaches, milk
today:
breaky - sultana bran (asked for mummy's cereal
), half clementine, diluted juice
snack - cheese stick, water
lunch - avocado on ww pita bread, slice of ham, half banana, milk
snack - yoghurt and fruit stick (pineapple, canteloupe and honeydew melon pieces on a kebab stick), water
dinner - will be chilli con carne with rice and tortillas, prob another fruit stick or two for dessert, milk
liz, what time is J napping? i'm sure you've already tried it, but would he do any better with 'lunch' before nap and snack after nap to hold him out til dinner??
