our 1 year old has never slept in her own bed, wakes every 2 to 3 hours for a breast feed and i am now absolutely shattered.
I want her to wean off me, sleep in her own bed in her own room and for her to sleep through the night.
As anyone had these types of problem and what is best to tackle first, the dropping off breastfeeds or getting her to sleep in own bed. am reading through the 4th baby whisperer book but still unclear what is best to tackle first
