I just have a quick question about my 13 week olds sleep.... She seems to spend much of the night being very restless in bed. She'll turn her head from side to side and lift her legs up and drop them back down on the mattress. Normally she does this without crying but will occasionally (about once a night) have a little cry at the same time which is easily shushed. If I hold her legs she settles but then starts again 10 minutes later. I'm not sure if she's doing it when she comes into a light sleep as I only notice it every now and again, but it happens throughout the night on and off.
Anyway - is this normal?!
