Hi All

Is it OK to do a Cluster feeding on the 4 hour EASY?

I personally never did cluster feedings, but Tracy recommended turning the  cluster feeds into one feed around 8 weeks and just continuing with a df.

If it works for your lo, continue with the cluster.  Is she sleeping through the night?

Hi ya,

We never did a dream feed with DS and I started getting night wakings or too early start without doing a bit of a cluster feed.

At the moment we do

7am
1115am (Seems very full after his first feed of the day)
3pm
515/530 or earlier if 3pm feed was earlier etc
7ish.

Yesterday I didn't cluster and he still went through but I don't think I could do that every night because my supply seems to get lower at the end of the day and I think I need to make sure my body keeps being reminded to produce. First 2 feeds are 1 boob (because there is so much there) and the others are both sides.

I find it really helpful to my supply if I eat dinner early and try and sit down for five mins between the two clusters.
