Aidan who is 2 years and 3 months sleeps for 1.5 hours nap at daycare (3 days per week) and 2.5 or usually 3 hours on the other 4 days he is home with us.  Bedtime is still 8pm no matter whether it was a daycare day or not altho sometimes we stuff around till 8.15pm on days he has been home with us.

Nap time is 12ish i think at daycare, 1pm when at home.

Wake up between 7-7.30
Nap 12.30 ish-20 mins approx to sleep so 12.50
Wake her at 14.05 ish
Bed 19.30 -20 mins to sleep so 19.50

As mentioned before Leah was taking up to an hour to sleep for about 3 months but seems to have stopped that.
However today we had our first nap refusal, put her in and she sang for an hour and then cried, tried to resettle and she sang again so I got her up at 2pm, will be interesting to see how today and tomorrow go.

Adrian gets about 12 hours of sleep total. He always took short naps. Anyway, here is his routine:

7ish - wake up
1ish - nap - 1:15 minutes. Sometimes will go for 1.5 hour.
8ish - down for the night

He is starting to get more difficult to be put down for a nap.

Ryan has been roughly on the same schedule since 2 yrs old .
wake 7.00/7.15am
nap 12.00/12.30pm  awake 2.00pm/2.30pm I can't let him go any later than this or bed time will take up to an hour to go to sleep . I prefer the 12.00 - 2.00pm nap but it all depends what time we get home from playschool on the days he goes .
bed 7.30pm  asleep by 8.00pm

I have found sometimes if bedtime is running late that he sleeps within 10 mins if he goes at 8.00pm but it can also backfire where he is overtired .

Simple answer - 0 minutes!!!

Jack (2 and a half and a bit) hasn't napped for about 4 months now  :o ::). It's a mixed blessing - prior to dropping the nap he wasn't settling till 8.30pm and up again at 6am. Now he's dropped it he goes down like a dream at 7.30pm and sometimes sleeps past 8. I have to try and avoid long car journeys after about 3 though otherwise he's climbing the walls well after bedtime.

From the age of 2 I was never letting him have more than 1.5 hours - had to wake him every day and he was grunpy as hell for a good half an hour, but if left he would have slept for 3 hours!

I miss my afternoon rest though  :( :(

Margot at 28 months:
wake: 6:30 ( btw 6:15 and 6:45)
nap: at 1 for 1.5 to 2 hours
sleep:  if napped for 1.5 hours, 8 o'clock
if napped for 2 hours, can be 9 o'clock (but same wakeup :(

Margot usually falls asleep for her nap within 10 minutes.  She is in bed for the night around 7:30 so it can take .5 to 1.5 hours for her to sleep!

Olivia will be 2 in Feb.

wake average of 7am (anywhere from 6:45-7:30 really)
nap 1pm for 2 1/2 hrs (will put her down earlier if showing she is tired and cranky)
bed 7:15-7:30ish and takes anywhere from 1min (silently passes out) to 20 min (singing several verses of old macdonald etc)

has skipped her nap a few times and passes out at bedtime immediately and then sleeps later to make up some lost sleep

2-3 hours, but if she falls asleep for even 15 minutes and gets woken up, she won't go back to sleep.
