OK SO YOU WERE BOTH RIGHT!!!!!!!
today was great. she napped from 10:15 to 11:45. I did not wake her because I wanted to see what she would do and I did not want to mess things up more. then I put her down at 3 for her pm nap. she slept until 3:45pm.
then I closed the shades in the downstairs (now that it is light out) to signal it is night time, and winded her down until 6:40pm. then read to her changed her bottle and bed. she was sleeping at 7pm.
no crying at all..... first night in over a week!!!!!!!!!! I think she was overtired. Her naps are a bit later, but it worked today. hope it will again.
I was keeping her A time at 3.5 hours in the morning and 4 hours in the afternoon. and I shortened them to 3 hours each. big difference. I also thinks he needs good wind down. I put her in her crib drowsy, but awake. hopefully this works. thanks for all your help.
