Hi Katherine,
Many thanks for getting back to me. You can't imagine how grateful I am for your help.
I couldn't remember our Sunday EASY times, so yesterday went like this:
WU 6.10am (DD was very restless from about 5am, so 6.10 was when I saw her open her eyes; she might've been awake for a bit longer. I then gave her plenty of time to see if she would get back to sleep, but she was just playing there)
E 6.30am/ breakfast 8am
A
S 9.00am - 9.40am awake until 9.55am (while I was getting ready to get her) and then back to sleep until 10.35am (so, 2 x 40min)
E 10.40am/lunch 12.00
A
S 13.30pm - 14.00 (30min OT nap?); awake until 14.20 and then back to sleep until 14.38 (18min)

S 16.50 - 17.20
E 6pm & 6.40 pm (did a split feed to see her through her bath time)
S 19.05
awake 19.10-19.20
awake 19.50 - 21.15
finally settled for the night at 21.15
NF 3am
Today
WU 6.45
E 7am/breakfast 8.30
A
S 9.45 - 11ish (1h10min to 1h15min; not sure)
E 11am/lunch 12.20pm
A
S 13.55; woke up 14.30ish (this was the first time she’d slept on her side. I don’t know if it made any difference to the length of the nap)
Once again, I left her in her cot to see if she would get back to sleep. I then realised that she’d filled her nappy. Nappy changed, it was time to eat... So, only 30min nap
E 15.00
A
S 16.30 - ? (just down for her nap)
So, as you see there is no consistency with her naps at all. I feel as if I try everything and then she does this silly short nap again and we are up for another difficult night... I could cry
Also I should mention that she seems tired all the time, from the moment I take her from her cot. She constantly rubs her eyes and yawns. I'm always tempted to put her to bed earlier, but then she just does a short nap. And this morning I kept her up for 3 hours and she slept for over an hour. However, in the afternoon just under 3h A gave me an OT nap. I'm just tired of constantly trying to guess when to put her down. It also affects her night sleep, with many wakings.
Sorry for this post, I just feel so disheartened.
