just adding my daily nap diary.....more for myself tbh....you poor ladies must be so sick of all this guesswork!!!

S 8.47am (35mins)

S 1pm (35mins....left her alone, crying (hoping to god that it was mantra), she settled after 10 mins)
S 1.45pm (42mins...as above)

so she resettled herself.....i'm almost sure it was a mantra cry.i definitely definitely do NOT want to let her CIO. 

and our nights remain good....she wakes around 5/5.30am but is putting herself back for another little while. no soothers, no sh-ing for tha last few nights....all great progress. i'm going to stick with it. i will sur-vi-ive!!!

It will be. In my mind there is no way a child who is used to being responded to (as all BWers do) just decides to stop crying after 10 mins. The babies who stop crying are the ones who have learned there is no response. The ones who have learned you are always there for them don't stop, they just get louder and louder and more insistent - even after you get in the room and pick them up!  you would know if she needed you Happy, have no worry there.

i used the same A as before&she cried out at 25,40&75
mins,but put herself back each time-

Oh and also FWIW mine makes noise when he sleeps all the time - drives me a bit bats. there are loud moans, high pitched wails, grunts sighs, all sorts, he is just really really noisy. I always pay attention but mostly it's just noise.  That's why I haven't slept in 3 years, he is just so damned noisy even when STTN!!!
So, you may have to get used to those noises through the nap...or with any luck she'll settle into this and sleep soundly and peacefully.

internet has been driving me insane the past few days!!!
it keeps coming&going on me....

just wanted to post an update...
we hav e had a few wonky days, but overall the naps are so much better
things have settled down & , tbh, my internet being so wonky has forced me to reply a little more on my MI than i was! i was leaning too much on you guys & i apologise for that. ye have been so patient with me though... thank you so much.
i am putting all the advice together & beign a little braver with my decisions re naps, & we haven't had any major disasters!!!

i'm fairly sure that things will be wonky again soon, & that my courage will have all been used up, so you can expect me back on the EASY board in the near future!!!

today,we had a 1hr45min nap with absolutely no
cry-outs,and just a tiny cry at 68mins of a 90
min 2nd nap!easiest day *ever*!
