Can you share your experiences on how to transition from formula to cow's milk?  Should I consider offering 1oz or 2oz initially to allow us to check for any adverse reactions?  Or should I be planning to transition a full bottle each day?  How long can it take for LOs to completely switch over to cow's milk?
