So I have been struggling to get my 13 month old to sleep well at night and we have just started making progress. because of the poor sleep she gas been waking up at 6 and waking my 3 year old up. Then the time change happened and now they are consistently waking up at 6. Help me change this!! Here is the schedule
600 wake up and bf
730 or 8 breakfast-
945- 15 minute nap
1130 lunch- ,
1230-230 bf and nap
300 snack - fruit and milk
530 supper-
615 begin bedtime routine
700 asleep in bed
