Goodmorning, what a busy night you've all had. Holly, hang in there, it can only get better. I know we keep saying that, but it will. At least you're in the right place for support/venting/ideas. Retail therapy and coffee works a treat!
Traci, I love the photo of Cole, it's amazing to think he's climbing like that. And his room is great. One day when we have our own house again I'll be able to do things like that, for now it's just cool cloud curtains and stick up winnie the pooh decorations.
Richelle, you've inspired me to go and do my housework. Since changing our lounge around in the weekend (did I mention that?) we've got loads more room, but I've found lots of bits on the floor that were previously hiding under furniture. And have you noticed how messy kitchen floors get now?
? Or is it just our house?
Daniel slept from 6.30pm - 4.50am! Yay, no getting up at all during the night. I tried PUPD at 4.50am, but he was hungry. So tried boiled water first, nope, not interested. So gave him 100mls formula then put him back in bed and he went back to sleep. Yay again! We got him up at 7am, I think he was awake just before we went to him. He's just gone down now at 9am without a peep. I gave him another 140mls when he got up at 7am, then his breakfast of apple and banana pretty much straight after. He at a normal amount for him, so that's okay. I'll feed him solids again today before milk to see how we go.
I told DH about how a few of you have tried the macaroni/milk bottle idea, he laughed and said I should market it! I think Daniel likes it cos it's big, but light. All the rattles are small. I took a photo of him in his JJumper with his milk bottle today, so I"ll download and put it up here later.
I can't believe Sophie has so many teeth. That's awesome. It must make her look so 'grown up'. Daniel still hasn't sprouted any!
Burps - Daniel hasn't burped before bed since he was really little, like about 6 weeks. But now he's on formula I'm making sure he does. Still really only does 1 or maybe 2. During the day on b/milk I'd sit him up, if he did within a couple of mins great, if he didn't we carried on without one.
Better go, shower/housework etc to do.
Oh, quick question, those babies on full formula (ie no B/milk) how much do they have in a day? Daniel seems to want about 1 litre total. Is this about right?
