Long Nap Solution ???
« on: November 08, 2005, 19:01:52 pm »
How would you wake up your lo from a long nap, in hopes that they would sleep through the night?  Just wondering. We are still working on a routine, and last night was the best night we have ever had, but his naps during the day were a bit long....any advice?

wake 800
BF 8:30
Breakfast 9:00
Nap 10:15
wake 1:15
Lunch 1:30
Bottle 2:00
Nap 4:00
Wake 6:15
Supper 7:00
Bottle 8:00
wind down, story, song etc
Sleep 9:10
Wake at 10:30 for 1/2 an hour
wake at 12am for 1/2 hour
wake at 3:00 am for one hour, needing diaper change etc
and then final wake at 6:50 am

the best we've ever had...lol

Thanks
Holly

only once, that was it
my ds has never slept ever....this was the first and sadly only time he has ever done this lol
he is usually up ever hour waking all night long, crying etc.
just started bw a week ago or so and am hoping it will work....but then all of a sudden he did this on Monday and I was confused whether to let him go or wake him up, but it doesnt matter now anyway, he's back to his old routine of only sleeping only a half hour at a time 24 hrs a day....he's down for 30 min and up for a few hours, down again 30 minutes then up and so on,

so my first post is pointless now.... :?  :(

It is VERY common for then to do well and then regress...don't give up now... you are doing great.

If need more help don't hesitate to ask...but you need him time to adjust to the NEW way we do things now.

Remind me how old and are you on 4hr EASY?
